By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Griffin Mobile Notary operates within the Chicago area and surrounding regions. Availability in certain locations may vary.
Appointments can be scheduled in advance via phone, text, or online. We request a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Clients must present valid, government-issued photo identification. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper ID is not provided.
All services must be paid in full at the time of appointment unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and select electronic payment apps.
Appointments after 8PM and on weekends are subject to a minimum additional charge of $20. Final rates may vary based on location and time.
Notaries at Griffin Mobile Notary do not offer legal advice, explain documents, or perform services outside the scope of state-regulated notarial duties.
Griffin Mobile Notary is not responsible for the legal effects or consequences of notarized documents. It is the client's responsibility to ensure document accuracy and legality.
